Noosaville is the entrance to Noosa Water’s canal estate. At 400mm above the river level, the canal is constantly being refreshed with water pumped in from Noosa River. To discover the beauty of the canal’s hidden waterways, jump on board a cruise. If you’re visiting at Christmas, don’t miss the Annual Christmas Flotilla where the canals are lit up and filled with boats.
Furthermore, another great option for seeing Noosaville by boat is on the Noosa ferry. It stops at many places along Noosaville’s ‘Golden Mile’ as it goes to and fro between the Marina and Hastings Street. If you’d rather ‘do it yourself,’ no boat licence is needed to hire an eco-friendly boat. More than that, what better than a magic gondola ride if romance is in the air – Fantastico!
