What will you do when you get here?
Sightseeing in your 4WD
Engage your 4WD and get ready for an incredibly scenic 60km drive along the beach to Double Island Point and Rainbow Bay. On the way, you can stop at the Coloured Sands that can be seen on Teewah Beach and when going over the Liesha Crossover at Double Island Point for even more spectacular views.
You’ll be amazed by the unspoilt landscape, ancient sand dunes, clear Lake Cooroibah, sparkling blue ocean, stretches of white sandy beaches and native wildlife including, kangaroos and birds.
Visit the historic lighthouse where you’re likely to see large turtles and dolphins. It’s also a great vantage point for watching the whales migrating past the point during May to November.
If you don’t want to go it alone, guided and tag-along four-wheel drive tours are available from Noosa Heads and Noosaville to Noosa North Shore.
