Noosa Springs Golf & Spa Resort
Noosa Springs golf course offers an 18-hole, Par 72 course and is rated one of the best in Australia. That’s not surprising considering its spectacular setting that’s both challenging and inspiring.
Special attention to preserving and enhancing the natural environment was invested by the golf course architect, Graham Papworth. Immaculately maintained, the undulating fairways are set amongst lush bushland that’s home to abundant wildlife, which makes golf at Noosa Springs a unique experience.
Located in the heart of Noosa, just three minutes’ drive from Hastings Street and famous beaches.
Peregian Golf Course
Peregian Golf course is an 18-hole, Par 72 course set within 62 impressive hectares and is the work of top Australian designer Phil Scott, father of Adam Scott.
The driving range combines a chilled, friendly atmosphere with advanced facilities and a well-maintained green. You’ll go on a journey through native bush, eucalyptus trees and strategically placed water. Feel like the only players in this dense and well-designed course. Challenge yourself on long, narrow par 5s to short par 4s with sloping greens, where you’ll test your accuracy and shot making. The course is also well protected by bunkers, positioned to make you think.
It’s only a 20-minute drive from Noosa and near picturesque Peregian Beach.
Twin Waters Golf Club
Twin Waters Golf Club is a golfer’s dream and the course is internationally recognised as one of the top six resort courses in Australia! So, naturally it’s known as the best on the Sunshine Coast. The 18-hole, Par 72 championship course was designed by five times British Open champion, Peter Thomson, and partner Mike Wolveridge.
Twin Waters boasts one of only a handful of aquatic driving ranges in Queensland. Therefore, you can get used to hitting the ball when faced with a body of water by standing on the practice tee hitting straight out into the water – working on the principle of reverse psychology!
The magnificent environmental setting, combined with the challenging layout will offer you, your friends or family the best environment to play a spectacular game of golf.

Noosa Valley Country Club
Noosa Valley Golf Club is a simple and quaint golf facility and is a bit of a secret gem on the Sunshine Coast. This 9-hole, Par 72 course is set within with beautiful gardens, lush fairways and well-kept greens, where you’ll be able to soak up the gorgeous surroundings. You’ll probably spot a few kangaroos too.
The first course to be accepted into the ABC’s Open Garden Scheme, it has a local reputation for being immaculately maintained and offering beautiful scenery for golfers. So, whether you’re there for the gardens, or the course, Noosa Valley Golf Club offers a fun and relaxed day out. You can rent clubs and buggies from the shop on site and rent a motorised cart if you prefer not to walk the course.
This course is conveniently located around 15 minutes’ drive from central Noosa.
Maleny Golf Club
Maleny Golf Club is nestled within the green hills of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, within a picturesque setting and bounded by the Obi Obi Creek. The 18-hole layout is comprised of ten Par 4s, six Par 3s and two Par 5s to provide you with a challenging Par 68. This Scottish inspired, ‘golf-as-it-began’ playing experience is maintained to a very high standard and will challenge you with long grass, revetted bunkers and boundaries of wetlands and natural wildlife habitat.
The innovative design by golf architect, Graham Papworth, works with the landscape’s fantastic natural assets. You can expect gentle rolling hills, existing kikuyu pastures, well-drained volcanic soil, surrounding rainforest and some wetland. So, you can enjoy a round of golf amid the serene natural environment of this award-winning course!
The club is just over an hour away, but it’s worth it for the scenic mountain drive and the course!
Mount Coolum Golf Club
Mount Coolum Golf Club is a championship Par 72 golf course nestled at the foot of Mount Coolum, making for a magnificent backdrop as you play a round of 18 holes. So, it makes sense that it’s known as one of the most picturesque and popular courses on the Sunshine Coast!
Featuring water on twelve holes, the course provides a great challenge for serious golfers. However, as the course is relatively flat, it’s suitable for golfers of all ages and abilities. It’s easy to relax within the gorgeous natural surrounds and abundance of native plants, before finishing up in the club house, an original old Queenslander!
